Christa’s Year of Weekly Giveaways #49 – Win a Craftsy Class of Your Choice

I’m pleased as punch to be able to offer a free Craftsy class of your choice for this week’s giveaway. It’s no secret that I admire the Craftsy platform and use it quite a bit myself!

Win a class of your choice!

Now this giveaway will work slightly differently from my usual giveaways. Since it’s being sponsored by Craftsy, you must click this link to enter. If you are new to Craftsy, you’ll need to register for an account there, but of course it’s free. :-)

Playful Piecing Techniques

Maybe you will pick Camille’s class if you win – the choice is yours!

Once my giveaway has ended next Wednesday at Midnight (9 PM Pacific Time), Craftsy will randomly select the winner for me and send them an email with a link to pick the class of their choice! The giveaway is open to everyone, near and far.

Craftsy Class Sale

How about a fabulous class from Ann Petersen? You can choose any class you like if you win!

I know, I know – I will miss reading the hundreds of comments that my giveaways usually generate, but if you’d like to share some comment love after you enter I would still love to hear from you. In fact, I’d love to know which class you would choose if you won?

Another fun class try - it's up to you!

I would choose a class by Angela Walters.

  3. I am a fan of Craftsy Classes. I have a few classes on my Craftsy wish list. Thank you for the opportunity.

I would choose a free motion quilting class. There are so many to choose from!

    Thanks

If I win, I plan on taking a free motion quilting class. Thanks for a great giveaway.

  6. Lynn Mc says:

I have enrolled for so many classes with Craftsy there are not many left to choose from. I think a Leah Day class would be the one I would choose. I would love to be able to do FMQ as well as you.

  7. Terry says:

Craftsy classes are a great way to learn new techniques…I really enjoy taking them and have been thinking about taking Joanna Figueroa’s class. Thanks for the sweet giveaway ;)

  8. Sandy says:

I would probably take Angela Walters class.

  9. I’d probably pick that Camille Roskelly one you posted up there .. I have Precut Piecing Made Simple, which I’ve watched all of (though not made anything from) and I enjoy her class. She speaks well to a camera, which not everyone does, and she makes sweet quilts, so I’d be happy to get another batch of her patterns.

  10. my studioQ says:

Wow – craftsy is up to 72 classes just for quilters!

I would definitely take Angela Walters “Dot-to-Dot Quilting.”

ps Saw the fabulous quilt you designed for the MQG pattern of the month ~ divine!

  11. quiltykanuck says:

What a great giveaway! So many classes I’d love to do. Thank you!

  12. Susan says:

I entered for a free class. I would choose a free motion quilting class to learn skills. I don’t have a long arm and am relatively new to this.

  13. Tiffany says:

Thanks for the awesome giveaway! The only non-free class I’ve taken is Ann Peterson’s “Quilting Large Quilts” class (after your recommendation, too), and I loved it! I’d love another class for her, or Leah Day, or Angela Walters, or Elizabeth Hartmann, or Jacquie Gering…

  14. Connie Cain says:

I love Craftsy also, though have not been able to afford to pay for the classes, I have taken all the free ones. :)

  15. I’m a new quilter, I have a toddler, and pretty much no free time. So craftsy classes have been amazing for me – I feel like I’ve learned a ton just watching the videos without even applying the techniques.

  16. I think I have 15 classes on my Craftsy wishlist! Thanks for the chance to win.

  17. Linda S says:

Thanks for the chance, I have enjoyed the two previous craftsy classes I have taken.

  18. Josie McRazie says:

I have MANY on my to do list! I have taken several, but my current must have is the Tula Pink quilt along! SQUEAL!

  19. Loretta says:

Hard decision. I have taken several of the classes and I think the teaching platform is great! I sure hope I get to take another class soon.

  20. Dolores says:

    Thank you.
There are so many wonderful classes I would have to narrow down my selection.

  21. Lindsay says:

I just entered! I’d use this baking powder in a big old chocolate cake! I’d love to use this fabric to make a cozy for my tea kettle! I would love to wear this tutu for my upcoming tightrope recital. Oh wait. I don’t even have to comment for this giveaway? What giveaway is this again? Just kidding. ;) Crossing my fingers for some Craftsy magic!

  22. Beae says:

Craftsy Classes are awesome, I would love to win a class on longarming.

  23. Well, I’ve taken all of Angela Walters’ classes, and two of Leah Day’s, as well as several free quilting ones, so as you can see I’m QUITE the Craftsy aficionado. Therefore, I would save the free class until YOU do YOUR Electric Quilt for Mac on there!! ;-)

  24. Allison C says:

I think I would pick a free motion class, but maybe I would go crazy and get a photography class. I could sure use some pointers on photographing my quilts.

  25. Kathy @ Kwikty Pleasures says:

    Such a Nice giveaway. Thnx!

  26. Susan Clay says:

I love Craftsy! That’s how I learned to quilt.

I love Craftsy! I can watch classes anytime from home in my sweats.

  29. Jeanine says:

I am just learning how to free motion quilt, so I’d pick one of those tutorials. The only issue I’d have would be picking just one! Thanks for the opportunity!

I would love to take any quilting class from Ann Peterson or Leah Day. I need more help with the actual quilting. I know, practice makes perfect
