My wish is that I can figure out how to carve out a dedicated space for my sewing that will not compromise or disrupt our Master’s rent potential. One week’s rent pays our property taxes, insurance and more for the year but I have to keep two unused bedrooms set up with queen beds all year because I can’t figure out how to stow at least one bed. My loft is our office and our bonus room houses a pool table, exercise equipment and a tv viewing area. I’ve squished into a guest room and the bonus room in the past but neither have worked. So now I’m squished in the dining room and flowing into the foyer. It’s not pretty. Plus, I feel real petty complaining about being blessed and cursed with a large house that I can rent for big bucks one week a year. I’m mot always such a spoiled whiner. This is pretty much it. I have loftier hopes and prayers as well. I take them to my Lord.

Top of the wish list is a bernina 750qe, but I’m realistic, so the sewezi table and a certain Michael Miller fat quarter bundle. I love this Joel Dewberry one so winning this giveaway has moved to the top of my wish list! 🙂 Thanks for the giveaway!

Even before next year I’m resetting up my sewing room and getting back into sewing a little everyday. I’m also going thru garage to find more of my mom’s sewing gear. Will clean the second machine and set up so I can see or fmp without needing to reset up things. Maybe move the bed out so things aren’t crowded. Thanks for putting my name in the hat for this generous drawing. I’ll make the quilt with the winnings!

My wish lists includes good health for me and all my family and friends, to find a sewing machine here in Mexico along with someone that can service it (I’m so afraid my Designer 1 will need servicing before I can find one and for Santa to leave me enough material to give me at least a medium stash so I don’t have to fear running out of material.

I’d love a chance to be creative with the Joel Dewberry Bungalow fabric! I want to mix it up with a colorful yet simple quilt design for my sister who is starting radiation treatments for breast cancer next month.

My wish is for a happy and Merry Christmas for my family and husband this year. We lost our daughter last Dec. 26 unexpectedly to a short illness. Time with our grandchildren and our son is the best gift I can imagine:)
