Christa’s Year of Weekly Giveways #44 – Two Charm Packs up for Grabs

Charm packs make me happy. Even if I don’t use them all the time, they are just so pretty to look at! This week’s giveaway is pretty straightforward. I have 2 charm packs to give away, but I’ll need a little help in deciding how to distribute them.

Kona Sunrise

I have a charm pack of Kona cotton in the Sunrise colorstory, and a charm pack of Snowbird prints by Laundry Basket Quilts (not available in shops yet)!

Moda SnowbirdSo here’s my conundrum. Should I give them away to two different winners to spread the love? After all, they are completely different styles. Or should I sweeten the pot and send them both to one person? It’s okay – you can leave me your totally honest opinion here.

Leave your answer below and I’ll pick one (or two) winners at random from all those who comment. Giveaway will run through next Wednesday, February 12th at noon. And yes, I can this ship anywhere so it’s open everyone!

Last Week’s Winners:

I had so much fun reading your comments about why you wanted to win the little Goody Bag with a big old G on the front. Many of you were so clever to remind me that Grandma also starts with a G! Good thinking!

The winners are Christa H. who does not have a G in her name but it’s still a great name. 🙂 Her grandson calls her “Grammer.” Too cute!

The other winner is Peggy D. who is going to give it to her daughter Gwen. Congratulations gals – they are on their way!

I disagree with the “two styles so two winners” camp. I could use each for a different project, no problem. However, I do agree with the “two winners” in total because it’s nice for two people to be surprised.

Two winners, please! Put me in the solid pile of responses…I am working with solids and strong patterns right now…the traditional set would sit around and probably be given away to someone who would appreciate it. Win or loose, thanks for sharing!

I think that the more the merrier—so 2 people winning makes 2 people feel very special. So I vote for picking 2 winners, share the love!!!

Since I am a GrammRRR too, I felt that I was meant o put my 2 cents worth in. I am for twice the fun with twice the winners. So my vote is for double trouble! And make two quilters happy.

I like the idea of two winners. Charm packs are great, and they are climbing in price along with everything else. I know I’d be happy to win either one. There is some merit, though, in the idea that having both go to one winner would be a nice change of pace when sewing them up. Thanks for the chance to win.

I’d say give them both to the same person so they have a little variety to spark their creative cutiosity!

And whatever you decide will make one or two people very happy! I’m hoping to be among them.

Since most comments here wants 2 winners, I would go for 1 winner to get both charm packs. Why? Simply because you can never get enough charm packs?

As much as I would love to win two charm packs, I would encourage you to share the love and make two quilters very happy : )

I’m going with two recipients, simply because these are such different packs. Although if anyone can convince you that they can make a lovely looking project incorporating both you should give them both to them with the request that they later send you a pic of the finished product.

I think spreading the love to two lucky winners would be dandy! I love the Kona solids and could use some cheery colors to brighten my day. I’m going on four weeks of recovering from a ruptured and abscessed appendix and could use some beautiful colors to lift my spirits. 😀

I think it would be great for one person to have two so very different print and palettes but I’m not greedy and would love to see two people have a chance at a charm pack. Your kindness is greatly appreciated by those of us who have the privilege of following you blogs and learn so much about quilting, fabrics, and a great teacher

I use mostly precuts. Love em. I would personally like both. However that’s just my fabric obsession kicking in. Pushing my lust for new fabric a side lol. I think 2 winners would be wonderful. Share the wealth.

Christa, I think you should “spread the love” and send the gifts to two lucky winners. Let me be one of those happy quilters!

They are so different I think two winners would be fitting. Charm packs make me happy too. What am I saying. Pre cuts make me happy. I love them in all their shapes and sizes!
