I made this version of Sparkling Stars to showcase my Stitchy fabric collection from Benartex. Because it is such a vibrant quilt with lots of piecing, I wanted to add simple, yet interesting machine quilting texture. As I mentioned in my video above, I wanted to demo how to quilt this design on a large quilt with lots of turning. Whenever I shared a video demo on a small sample, folks kept asking how that would actually work on a large quilt, so I hope this answers that question for you!
