X marks the spot with this bold, graphic quilt! I challenged myself to make a modern quilt from simple shapes with an obvious focal point. The pop of green draws you in and the minimalist quilting emphasizes the design.

- Fabrics: Kona cotton solids Charcoal, Snow, Zucchini
- Batting: Quilter’s Dream 70/30 cotton/poly; Aurifil 50 wt thread – piece and quilt
- Quilting design: all straight-line quilting, uneven lines using foot as a guide
- Time to complete: 30 hours – top (12 hours); quilting and binding (18 hours)
