Update: the giveaway is now over. Congrats to Cheryl C. from New York who won and picked the Duchess Blue chair. I’m sure it will look great in her sewing space!!
I’ve been thrilled that so many of you love my Christa Cabinet from Arrow Sewing. Once I started using the cabinet, I needed a chair to go along with it! So I picked out their hydraulic sewing chair in grey. I’m telling you, this is hands down the most comfortable chair for sewing I’ve ever tried!

Actual view of my sewing table with hydraulic chair. Off to my left is the Tasmanian table which is height adjustable and perfect for cutting!
In fact, I love this chair “sew” much that I got a 2nd one in blue for my computer desk which is along an opposite wall. These chairs are so comfy and give lumbar support right where you need it. They are adjustable and even have a storage compartment hidden in the seat!

I chose the plain colored chairs to match my sewing room, but they come in lots of colorful prints, too!
Here’s How You Can Win One!
Just leave a comment on this post telling me where you sew! Whether it’s a dream studio, or a tiny corner in your home, you can make your space more comfy with one of these chairs.

Now the fine print: due to shipping restrictions this giveaway is open to US residents only. The giveaway will be open through the end of the day on Monday, May 27, 2024. I’ll choose a winner randomly from all the comments received and will contact them directly. The chair will ship directly from Arrow Sewing.
Good luck and happy sewing!!

My sewing room has spilled over into a corner in my living room, and it would be nice to have this chair beneath my sewing machine. Two of my friends have this chair, and I always claim dibs on it when I visit!
I sew in the basement – cool in the summer and warm in the winter with a wood stove. Would love to have a new chair! Thank you.

My sewing room used to be our older daughter’s bedroom. After she got her own place, it became the spot for me to sew. It is wonderful to have my own space, even though I wish it were bigger. Still, I am grateful. I know those chairs are great–a friend has one. Thanks for the opportunity to win one!
I sew in the bonus room aka what used to be the kids playroom long ago.
I’m a lucky girl! I was able to use the whole basement in this house we moved into in 2020 as a sewing space!

I quilt in the loft of our cabin that is along the shore of a lake. The sunlight streams in through the windows and the sound of the wind and waves makes it feel like you’re high up in a bird’s nest. It’s my happy place!
I am fortunate to have a dedicated room. It was added on by previous owners most likely intended to be a sunroom. It has huge windows giving me a nice view of our backyard while creating. It’s not huge but is perfect for me.Many thanks for this giveaway🌸
Since we are empty nesters I have a bedroom for my sewing room. I love having the space because I had a small closet for years. A new chair would be awesome since the one I have is decades old.
Since we are empty nesters and retired I have an extra bedroom for my sewing. I love my own space since I made do with a closet for many years.
Would love to have a new chair to add to my space since the one I have is decades old.
My children are grown and have their own homes. I sew in my daughter’s old bedroom, actually I have taken over two bedrooms. It seems know matter how much room I have I could use more.
After downsizing to a one bedroom apartment from a large home, I now sew in a corner of our bedroom. Keeping organized and having the tools I need is a huge challenge but we made the choice to be pro active and mindful so our children wouldn’t have to do it later. We moved from the west coast to the east coast in containers and bought a few pieces of furniture. I would love a chair just for sewing.
We had a room that was too small for almost anything, so I made it into a little sewing space. But I tend to take over other areas of the house too for basting!
I have a space in the basement for my sewing. My daughter calls it my lair!
I call my sewing studio “the dungeon” because it is in the basement.
I have a multi-functioning studio for a variety of crafts and I’d LOVE to try one of these chairs!
I quilt in my basement sewing room which has a large window that brings in lots of natural light . My favorite place for creating!
I sew in a tiny corner next to our kitchen table. It allows me to keep an eye on my two year old, but one day I will hopefully have a designated room.
I sew in my studio on the third floor. What a great chair.
I sew in my studio on the third floor. My prior sewing chair is worn out and this is another great armless chair.
I sew in a small room on an itchy fabric chair I hate.
I turned my formal living room into my sewing room. I love looking out the old fashioned windows while I sew. I have 3 long card tables butted against each other for space to hold the weight of the quilt. I also use a card table chair to sit in.
I turned the formal living room of my house into my sewing room..
Now that my kids have grown and have their own homes, I finally have a dedicated space in my home in a room where I can leave my sewing machine set up and a project on the table! Those colorful, useful Arrow sewing chair would be perfect for my sewing room!
With two young kids at home during lockdown, our dining room was annexed for a hobby space and it has never looked back! Four years later, my kids and I still create side by side regularly –me at the perimeter of the room with my vintage Featherweight and ironing board and they expand their ever-evolving LEGO fantasy world in the middle. Our space is a draw for all ages and just magic. But it could use a comfy chair! ;D
My son’s old bedroom is now my sewing room. Yay!
I have the joy of sewing in a room designated “my studio “ it currently needs to be organized once again. The chair would be the perfect incentive to get it done! I can picture the chair inside by the sewing table.
Sewing space is a spare bedroom with carpet on the floor and a hand me down chair. The height adjustment no longer works. I NEED a new chair😊!
I can’t as I live in Australia, but I’d so love this. I need a decent chair. I sew in my loungeroom and can’t seem to make the space big enough. It’s crazy.
I do have a sewing room but haven’t found a great chair. Maybe this would be the one.
My sewing/craft room is spare guest bedroom. Boho style, shelves of yarn, I think it is a bit cluttered. My granddaughter looked around and layed on the bed like a snow angel, she loved the vibe. My office chair is not comfy.
I turned a small bedroom into my sewing/craft room. It has 2 nice windows that I can watch the birds while I sew.
After several years of sewing on a table in the master bedroom closet, I was able to take over my son’s room. (He moved out).
The room is small, but I made it work. Naturally, 2 years later he moved back in, but took over the guest room.
I am lucky enough to have a room for my quilting. I do have a small craft area for my young grandchildren to utilize their art skills as well. The three 7 year olds have all done some sewing too. Extra seating is always welcome
I quilt in a tiny bedroom that once belonged to my daughter. While it is very small, I love that I have a space to call my own.
I sew in Eugene, Oregon. A chair like this one would make my sewing station much more comfortable. I sew in one of the bedrooms in our single level home. Love Christa and trying to do more quilting on my domestic instead of paying a longarm machine professional.
I love to quilt and give away my creations. A new chair would make it easier to move around in my small space. I feel very blessed with my sewing space and my sewing machine. Thank you for the opportunity to win this beautiful chair. ✂️
I have two sewing areas. One is a bedroom that only houses fabric, quilting books, two sewing machines and a large ironing surface. I converted my formal dining room to another sewing room and have a huge cutting area and my Bernina sewing machine.
My sewing room is really small-was previously an office before we bought the house. So, some of my sewing stuff is stored in the basement and some is in the guest room. And sometimes I cut fabric on the kitchen table and sew in the dining room. And my friend said-What do you mean you have a small sewing room? You have almost the entire house for sewing. Lol!!
We retired to NW Arkansas 5 years ago and built a shop for my husband and a sewing room for me. Lots of windows let me enjoy the trees, squirrels and birds. I share my room with a rescue cat and rescue Yorkie mix. Plus a 41 yo parrot. Always have something on the design wall.
