A week later, I’m still basking in the glow of the awesomeness that was QuiltCon. Why don’t we have a giveaway so that I can share some of that awesomeness with you?
QuiltCon Magazine features many of the show quilts plus new original patterns.
First up, is a copy of QuiltCon magazine from Interweave. I was thrilled that two of my quilts were showcased in the magazine so I eagerly bought a copy for myself at the show. The publisher kindly sent me another copy for being a contributor, so I’m happy to pass that along to one of you!
Spiralling Out of Control and Modern X were both featured in QuiltCon Magazine.
Next, I received a bit of swag in my goody bag so I’m happy to offer up this beautiful charm pack of Casablanca by Benartex to one of you!
Here’s How to Enter:
- Leave a comment below, letting me know whether or not you are thinking about attending a future QuiltCon. You can also mention if you were in Austin, or if you followed along virtually!
- I will draw 2 winners at random, one for each prize, and will announce their names on Thursday, March 5th.
- The contest is open to everyone, and comments close Wed, March 4th at 9 PM EST.
I would love to attend someday!
I would love to attend but doubt I will ever make it. It’s during ski season here in Minnesota!
Yes! I would love to attend another QuiltCon. I attended this year in Austin (my first one). It was wonderful. It was so nice to see like minded people and the venue was small enough that we got to meet designers! I loved every minute of it.
I would like to attend QuiltCon, but I doubt if I ever will. The same goes for International Quilt Festival. Both are nice dreams.
Yes, I am thinking about attending in Pasadena … just a little shy about attending by myself.

I am dreaming of attending someday and following along virtually in the meantime! Also hoping Craftsy will have the lectures as a free class like they did with the 2013 Quiltcon. Thanks for the chance to win!
No, I have not attended Quiltcon, but I would sure love to! My eyes would feast on all of the gorgeous creations and then I’d have a super hard time trying to decide what to sew when I got home! I haven’t been to Austin, either. 😦 I’ve been stuck in Iowa all winter where the weather has been frigid!
I enjoyed following everyone on IG & their blogs! Would love to attend in the future, especially if one is held in the Midwest. Thanks!
I would love to attend in the future, but I will have to wait and see what is going on then. The magazine looks great and the charm pack is just splendid! Thanks for the chance. Love your quilts!

It is my DREAM to get to QuiltCon!!
Never been to QuiltCon but I would love to attend in the future.
I’ve never attended QuiltCon but it’s something I ‘d love to do in the future.
Ohhh, I would have loved to have gone to QuiltCon, but I had plans to go to my granddaughter’s birthday and unfortunately the bad weather didn’t allow me to even get to travel to see her that weekend. Of course, being three years old, I’m sure she will forgive me when I go this weekend and I’ll get to attend QuiltCon another weekend but I made up for it all by staying inside and making a quilt. Would love to have the Casablanca fabric to inspire another project! Thanks for the opportunity!.
Your quilts and posts from Austin QuiltCon are so inspiring that I MUST go to QuiltCon-West in Pasadena. 😉
I’ve never been but would love to go sometime!
I went to both Austin QuiltCons and Savannah is calling me…

I want to attend Quiltcon so badly I can taste it. Well I live in Florida so probably in 2017. I am thrilled you are in the magazine. You are the first blogger I started to follow, so for some strange reason you seem close to my heart. Kinds creepy, LOL. I would love to win either fift, but am drawn to the magazine. Have a super day quilting, or what ever your plans are for today..
I think it would be very interesting to attend a future QuiltCon. Now that it’s on the west coast, maybe? it could happen! I did follow along virtually. Always so curious to see what the ‘big’ quilts are! Thanks for a fun giveaway.:)
