Exciting news! I just got word that Fandangle fabric stars shipping to stores this week, so those the pre-ordered fat quarter bundles and kits should from me should be getting them soon!! In other fun news, this week also kicks off the fun and inspiring Fandangle blog hop over on Benartex’ blog: Sew in Love with Fabric.

Today starts with an introduction of the fabric line over on the Benartex blog along with an interview I gave explaining some of my thoughts and inspiration behind the collection. Tuesday through Friday, nine talented designer friends will be sharing the projects they made from my fabric. Saturday will wrap up with a virtual trunk show of my patterns featuring Fandangle, again over on the Benartex blog.
There will be prizes and tons of beautiful projects!
Each of the stops will include a winner who will get a prize pack of 8 assorted Fandangle fat quarters (US shipping only due to high shipping costs.) So be sure to scroll to the end of this post for the complete schedule and bookmark each stop for your chance to win!

Pdf pattern
I prefer off patterns
I love pdf patterns!
I use both PDF and printed patterns, but my preference would be printed patterns. Your new collection is so full of color and modern designs … love it!
I don’t mind using either!
I love either version of patterns!
And I love being introduced to new-to-me blogs via these type of celebrations! Thanks!
I love your fabrics and patterns! I prefer PDF patterns.
I use both, printed and PDF. I’m very flexible.
Nice line. How exciting for you. I prefer printed patterns.
While there is something nice about holding the print version, I am perfectly comfortable with PDF patterns. Thanks!
I use both types, but I prefer a printed pattern. I love the fabric
I am a visual learner and am more comfortable using a printed pattern, but in a pinch I do download patterns if one strikes my fancy.
I like both. PDF because I can get it right away. Print because it’s a better picture and comes in a protective plastic zip lock most of the time
I have been wanting to make the sparking stars quilt since I first seen it. I like pdf patterns the best, then I keep then organized on my computer.
PDF patterns are easy to store, but I like paper patterns too.
So excited to be participating the blog hop and it is getting underway! I don’t see how you could top this new line! I love the both colorways and all the prints! Congrats, Christa!
Hi Krista, I love the printed patterns, but PDF is okay as long as I can print it up. Hoping I get picked!
Hi Christa, I would love printed patterns, please.
Both are fine with me because I print out the PDF pattern to actually use it.
I prefer printed patterns
I love having a printed pattern! PDF is convenient but I tend to lose track of what I have if it’s PDF.
Either type of pattern is okay with me…..print or pdf. I love the new fabric line! The modern prints remind me of the Jeston’s cartoon!
I prefer printed patterns for most things. I don’t always have a way to print pdf patterns.
Love your fabrics and patterns. I like having both pdf and printed patterns. Thanks for the giveaway.
Nice fabrics! I prefer printed patterns but PDF patterns are good too.
I prefer printed patterns if there is a template in it or there are lots of pages. I have issues with scaling on templates! Otherwise, a PDF is fine! 🙂
I prefer a printed pattern usually, but sometimes a PDF is handier.
I like either pdf’s or printed, kinda depends if I want to make something NOW, then .pdf’s are great!!
I like both. If it’s an easy pattern pdf is fine. If it’s complicated I need it mailed to me.
Such wonderful prints in this fabric line. I prefer print patterns because I don’t have a colour printer. However, I often buy PDF patterns that I love. So my answer is I like both print and PDF for different reasons.
I prefer a printed pattern if I win. Christa, although we have never mer, I am so impressed with how far you have come since I first started following you. Great work.
Great fabrics! I’ll use any kind of pattern. Thanks!
We’re so proud of your success! Your faithful followers from LVMQG just love that you are doing so well. The FF line is sweeet! You can save some postage and draw my name and I’ll pick them up in person. Paper please! Love you, love FF. The colors are out of this world. See you at a meeting soon???
printed patterns – have worked with PDF on my Ipad but too cumbersome to use.
Sorry meant to add that I like paper patterns the best.
I do prefer printed patterns. I like to browse through them in the evening and decide which one I want to sew. Thank you, peterstankovich@comcast.net
I prefer printed as I have lost so much information from crashing computers. It’s the old “Bird in hand” thing for me.
I prefer paper patterns so I can read them at various times when I have a few minutes but am not near my computer.
Love the fabric. I like pdf patterns so I can get instantly but a printed pattern ia nice also
So excited for the new line of fabric – I’m sad I can’t win a fat quarter bundle (but used to it as most giveaways exclude Canada), but I’m excited to have a chance to win your patterns by PDF. Heading to Vegas in November, so will look for your fabric at Sew Yeah, while there. 🙂 I Love riding your success virtually, it has been a fun trip. 🙂
I love printed patterns but usually opt for PDF then print it myself. It does save on postage.
Hi Christa! I love printed patterns and when I do have a pdf pattern…I print it out. Keeps me from going back to the computer so often as I don’t keep one on while sewing
I’m loving your Fandangle fabric & look forward to seeing what the other designers have made with it.
I prefer PDF patterns as my sewing/storage space in my home is very limited.
Thanks for the opportunity to win some of your fantastic patterns 🙂
I like printed patterns. I love these bright fabrics!
I still prefer a printed pattern. The patterns and the fabrics all look like fun.
Love these bright, cheery fabrics-what wonderful colors! I prefer print patterns! Thank you, Susan
I love your new line of fabrics — the beaded curtain brings back memories!! If I am chosen, I’d prefer a PDF file.
Thanks so much!
The colors are fantastic! I love all three patterns as well. I really prefer print patterns but if I get a whim to make something immediately, pdf’s are handy 🙂
I’m with you…I love the grays!
I do like to have a printed pattern but if you need a pattern quickly or purchasing from abroad then a PDF option is a great idea and I love this Fandangle fabric range
