I’m Now an AccuQuilt Go! Getter!

I’m so thrilled to let you know I’ve just partnered with AccuQuilt to be one of their newest brand ambassadors. When they invited me to be a Go! Getter, how could I say no?? After all, I’ve been admiring their cutters and dies for a looong time and now is finally the right time to start investing in their system.

I received my first box of goodies recently, so I made an ”unboxing” video to tell you all about it. Check it out on my YouTube channel here:

Here are all of the die bundles included in the video (affiliate links):

So What Does a Go! Getter Actually Do???

This is a fancy way of saying I’ll be working with their dies and cutters, designing patterns using their dies, and generally sharing about my adventures with this awesome system. I hope you’ll follow me in my journey. It’s going to be great!!! So now I’m curious – what’s YOUR favorite die shape or block? Please leave me a comment and let me know!!

I’m so excited to see what you design! I make smaller charity quilts for our quilt guild. Usually up to about 48”x 60” so I can quilt them myself with a walking foot or Edge to Edge machine embroidery. Nothing too complicated, and more in the modern-looking style. I like to make them special❤️

I love the AccuQuilt system. I have the electric Go Big and a shelf full of dies. I keep a spreadsheet of what ones I have so that I don’t accidentally buy the some one twice (and yes, I did that). Since I am not an applique-er, I only have piecing dies. The three I use the most are the 5″ square, the 2 1/4″ strip (for bindings), and the 2 1/2″ strip.

Congrats!! So glad that you are a new Go! Getter!!! Looking forward to learning with you as I am a fairly new owner of the AccuQuilt system. I bought the system for EPP and need to just get cutting.

You are preaching to the choir here!! I love the Accuquilt cutter and try to adapt any pattern I am working on to fit one of my dies and avoid manual cutting. I especially LOVE postage stamp quilts and having perfect 1-1/2″ squares to play with is just amazing- especially without the elbow grease. Cant wait to see what you come up with. Welcome to the club!!

I can’t wait to see what you create with your cutters and I’m excited to see how to you will master using them. I could use the tips. I have 2 cutters and lots of dies. Dies can be like an obsession, got to have them but then I can’t get things perfect like I can when I trim up so I can hardly wait for your guidance. I know you’ll be the perfect teacher of this. The dies I use most regularly are the alphabet dies and the large ric rac looking die. A name and some ric rac on the .back of a baby quilt always looks darling and makes the quilt personal.
